Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the trial offer provided by The Women's Club ("TWC"). By redeeming the trial offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Duration of Offer: The trial offer is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of redemption.

  2. One-Time Redemption: The trial offer can only be redeemed once per person.

  3. Eligibility: The trial offer is not available to former or current members of TWC. Subscribers must be women 18+.

  4. Obligation Upon Join: Participants of the trial are required to meet with a delegate of the TWC Board within 60 days of joining as a TWC Friend.

  5. Upgrade to Full Membership: TWC Friends, who are participants of the trial offer, have the opportunity to become full members of TWC at any time during the 12-month period, subject to the constitutional process. 

  6. Application of Discount Offer: The payment of subscribers' TWC Friend subscription fee will be applied towards the cost of full membership if taken up within the trial offer period or upon its expiry.

  7. No Refunds: There will be no refunds issued under any circumstances, whether during the trial offer period or thereafter.

  8. Limited Access: Participants of the trial have limited access to Club rooms. Participants may be permitted to use Club rooms after business hours, subject to TWC's discretion. Private function bookings must align with the current TWC policy, of which a current financial member must sponsor and attend the scheduled event.

  9. Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to the TWC code of conduct throughout the duration of the trial offer.

  10. Voting and Office Holding: TWC Friends participating in the trial offer cannot vote or hold office within TWC.

  11. Price Adjustments: All prices and fees listed are subject to price increases and/or adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
