Jo was first elected onto the TWC Board as a Director in 2021, then became President in 2022.

Jo has Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from The University of Sydney and is an alumnus of The Women’s College at Sydney University.

On completion of her degrees Jo was admitted to the NSW Bar, where she practiced for 10 years in all fields and jurisdictions, before moving to London. In the UK Jo worked in the corporate field, as in-house counsel. She returned to Sydney in 2017 and joined The Women’s Club in 2019. 

Jo is keen to serve the Club in a way that ensures it not only survives but thrives, embracing change where it is due while remaining true to the founding values.
