Lorraine was appointed to the Board in September 2024. Lorraine joined TWC in 2022, attracted by the vibrant, welcoming and inclusive Club.

Drawn to the dedication to the empowerment of women the Club embodies, Lorraine enjoys the debates and passionate ethical approaches of fellow members. Taking part in Women Writers Book Circle is a standout for her.

Before coming a Director, Lorraine contributed as a member of the Finance Audit and Risk Committee then serving as Chair of the committee and Treasurer.

Lorraine has been a non-executive director since 2008, and a physiotherapy academic for much longer. She completed undergraduate studies in physiotherapy. Graduate degrees in management, finance and economics. A highlight was studying Clinical Effectiveness at the Harvard School of Public Health. Lorraine is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.
